Sabrina Dzugalo weaves rich emotion into topographies of techno and ambient. As a trained pianist and sound engineer, as well as a DJ of over 20 years, she brings her skill and heart into every project. In 1994 she entered the world of DJ’ing by producing her own show on Victoria’s CFUV Radio. Soon after, she was hosting one of Victoria’s first ambient nights and DJ’ing throughout the lower mainland. When Sabrina moved to Toronto in 1998 to study music production and sound engineering, she quickly entered the world of audio post, while also DJ’ing with the techno vibes of the east. Now living in Vancouver, Sabrina has been growing as a producer and adding movie scoring to her skillset. With an EP on Woodwork Recordings, a techno remix on Coldwave Records, and a science fiction soundtrack on the go, she has laid the groundwork for many more musical offerings.
